How Social Media Impacts Work Dynamics - Post 3
The workplace tends to become our home away from home as it is where we spend a lot of our time a part from our homes. We often make friends with our coworkers and management which leads to exchanging social media and contact information. Becoming friends on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc. This is where things can become difficult. Having our employers and coworkers on our personal social media accounts can become an issue. For example, only allowing certain coworkers to befriend you on social platforms, having a work social gathering that some employees may have not been invited to, etc.
